This policy describes how OneSahasra (“we”, “us”) handles information you share when you visit onesahasra.in or contact us at hello@onesahasra.in.
Information we collect
If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, organisation, email address and the context of your enquiry. Our website may also collect standard technical logs such as browser type, device information and pages visited, used to operate and improve the site.
Contact form enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we may store that enquiry as a lead record so we can follow up. This is in addition to any email you send us directly.
Contact information may include your name, email address, phone number when you provide one, and organisation/company.
Enquiry information may include your business type or industry, the starting point you select, any service interest you choose, and the requirement or message you write — including what you are building and the problem you are solving.
Attribution information may include the first page you visited, the referring page or domain when the browser provides one, and campaign details such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term. We keep the first of these values from a visit so later page-to-page navigation does not replace them.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to respond, understand the opportunity you describe, manage internal follow-up, prepare a proposal or consultation where relevant, and see which campaigns or pages led to an enquiry. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate communications, hosting or the enquiry database — currently including Supabase as the hosted database for lead records — and only where needed to deliver that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the conversation and our legitimate business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete personal information we hold about you, including a stored contact-form enquiry, or raise a privacy question, by emailing hello@onesahasra.in.
